SHIPPING / DELIVERY

When will my tires ship out?

All orders placed by noon Eastern time (Monday-Friday) will ship out the same day.

When I will receive my tires?

Once you place your order it is usually shipped out that day. Shipping times vary depending on where the tires are being shipped, but you can use the shipping calculator next to your desired tires and it will give you a very accurate estimate. Tracking numbers are also emailed with every order and you can track your package HERE

Do you ship tires out of the country?

At this time we only ship orders in the continental US.

Who do you use for shipping?

We are proud to offer FedEx shipping.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

First thing we suggest is to check your tracking number here If that hasn’t answered your question, please send us an email at info@oneclicktires.com. Depending on the size and weight of your tires, we may have to ship them as single units or in bundles. Although all of your tires leave our facility ship at the same time, they don’t always show up at the same time.
